Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is responsible for the efficient scheduling and dispatch within the service operation. The coordinator must ensure that all field staff follow the procedures and policies. Must coordinate available mechanics with the skills appropriate for the jobs, tools and materials. Must interface with all operating departments within the company to achieve company goals.
