Contractor Overhead

Overhead burden is a collection of those expenses that are required in order for a business to operate. It does not include those costs directly attributable to running a job. Among these costs are office personnel, insurance, property taxes, and the many items that are classified as administrative costs. (i.e. these costs will be incurred even if you have no work running)
