Succession Planning Timeline

2.1 Based upon the current operations of the Company, a worksheet is developed that itemizes the key functions of the business under various headings: e.g. Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Business Management, etc. These can be done in the left-hand column(s) under Functions. Extra rows are left so that functions can be added that arise do to changes in the operation of the Company.
