Teacher

AUTHORITY The Teacher is delegated sufficient authority by Head of the Department to make decisions and take actions required to satisfy the responsibilities of this position. Included in this is the accountability for both actions taken and actions not taken. This authority is necessary and sufficient to manage and administer the functions of this position, that include, but are not limited to, the following: 5. 1 To take any reasonable action necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position, so long as such action does not deviate from established LCDC policies and procedures and is consistent with sound common sense and business judgment. 5. 2 Make recommendations to the Head of the Department to fill position of the Teacher Assistant reporting to the Teacher as well as concerning their pay.
