2.7 Never allow the vendor to have your original invoice after it has been given to you. When signing all invoices, pull out all carbons, check and sign each copy individually. 2.8 Vendors are required to price their own merchandise prior to its being received and checked in. 2.9 All invoices must be checked, extended and verified before turning into the office and payment is made.
