Labor Efficiency

The man-hours and costs collected and presented in the labor tracking reports, including the productivity report, will reflect the actual labor hours for the product, which should then be compared to previous product orders and compute the variation in labor per unit. This will enable the Shop Foreman to measure the performance of his department to see if productivity is in line.
