The form is an Excel workbook. It has 13 tabs. The first tab is the summary. The remaining tabs are labeled Sheet 1 through Sheet 12. Each of the tabs contains the form for estimating 10 elements of the bid. This means that the form will allow the estimating of 120 separate elements.
