Employee Evaluation

1.1 The use of an employee evaluation system is sometimes misunderstood by the employee being evaluated and by the manager performing the evaluation. The following is presented so that the best possible use will be made of this system of employee evaluations at {your company name here}. 1.2 The system is intended to be positive and constructive for each employee, his/her manager, and you, the owner.
