Driver Logs Procedure

4.1 All drivers must keep accurate and current logs as mandated by FMCSR Part 395.1. Failure to do so could result in monetary penalties levied by the courts and initiation of disciplinary procedures by the company. This procedure applies to drivers traveling beyond the 100 air mile radius.
