JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Identify, screen and cultivate Clients for construction and development projects through available industry bid reports, professional and personal contacts and regional Realtors. Coordinate opportunities for Client, Company and Owner development and construction of properties. Implement the design, platting, leasing, maintenance and closings on Client, Company and Owner developed properties. Develop and implement marketing and corporate identification for the Company.
