Non-Compete Agreement

All tangible items furnished to Employee from time to time in connection with the performance of duties, including but not limited to manuals, brochures, selling or promotional aids, business forms, programs and equipment shall at all times remain the sole property of ABC Manufacturing Co. All such items are entrusted by employer to its Employees for the limited purpose of enabling them to perform their duties, and employee shall not, either during or after the term of this Agreement, use or permit any of the same to be used for any other purpose. Upon the demand of employer at any time or upon the termination of Agreement under any circumstances, employee shall deliver all such items to employer.
