Employee Eval SOP

The purpose of this Standard Procedure is to outline and define an Employee Evaluation System and its use within this organization. It is recognized that employees generally desire a periodic evaluation of their performance. A good evaluation procedure allows employees to be shown appreciation by management and at the same time, can be utilized to motivate employees to improve any weaknesses in their performance. Companies that use employee performance evaluation systems generally find that overall performance improves due to the fact that people respond when they are evaluated and motivated objectively.
