Drug And Alchol Policy

Drug and alcohol abuse pose a serious threat to the safety and welfare of all employees (not just the user). Specifically, drug and alcohol use lowers productivity, lessens reliability, increases absenteeism, impairs the ability of employees to perform their work, increases the likelihood of accidents, and impairs good judgment. The purpose of this policy is to establish and maintain a drug and alcohol-free work environment to best serve the interests of the company, our employees, other employees working with us, and our customers.
