ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 5.1 The basic function of the Seafood Manager for ABC Supermarket is to accept authority, responsibility and accountability for all wine purchases,inventory control, sales, marketing and customer service activities. Also to assist the General Manager in implementing practices and procedures, and completing reports as required and determined by the President and Executive Committee.
