2.1 The basic function of the President is to help develop and implement each year the Company Business Plan in accordance with the desired growth and profitability established by the Owners of ABC Inc. This will be done by providing sound business practices and procedures, effective management skills, and strong leadership throughout the Company to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
