5.0 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 5.1 The basic function of the OPERATIONS COORDINATOR is to accept authority, responsibility and accountability for all assigned operations activities at ABC & Sons Inc. Also to assist the Operations Manager by counsel, recommendation and information in the planning of goals and objectives for the business. 5.2 Shipping and Receiving parts and new equipment, entering the necessary information into the inventory system, handling all freight damage claims. handling assigned warranty duties, contacting customers for equipment pick-up, ensuring that all inventory is stored properly and in its assigned area.
