BASIC POSITION FUNCTION 2.1 Actively manages the company and directs the organization toward its primary objectives, based on profit and return on capital in accordance with Board directives and corporation charter.. 2.2 Directs and coordinates the formulation of financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations to optimize returns on investments and to increase productivity. 2.3 Actively manages long-term planning and strategy including finances, acquisition, and operations.
