BASIC FUNCTION: 2.1 The basic function of the Employee Services Manager is to develop and implement personnel policies, procedures and practices consistent with the overall goals of ABC Foundry, Inc. and affiliate companies. 2.2 Another basic function of the position is to provide on going support and expertise for all management personnel, as well as, assisting them in attaining goals, objectives, policies and procedures as well as assisting in the development and implementation of meaningful training programs.
