The basic function of the General Superintendent is provide the guidance, direction, and support to achieve the production goals in a cost efficient manner for ABC, Inc., to ensure the safety of all employees, to establish and maintain the highest quality of production at the lowest possible cost, to ensure that production schedules are met, to control scrap, to meet quality standards, to train new employees, to ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment, and to ensure compliance with all government rules and regulations.
