5.0 RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRINCIPAL DUTIES The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following. 5.1 Purchasing and inventory control 5.1.1 Ensure a set of purchasing policies and practices for raw materials that conform to company goals and profit objectives. 5.1.2 Ensure a set of quality standards for raw materials to meet which will enhance the profit objective and customer satisfaction. 5.1.3 Ensure a set of receiving policies and practices that inspect, evaluate, approve, or reject materials according to quality standards and purchasing requirements.
