Fixed Operations Manager- Dealerships

The primary responsibility of the Fixed Operations Manager is to plan, direct and monitor all activities of the fixed operations department to ensure the effective operation of the department, the attainment of approved goals for the department, and the maintenance of high customer satisfaction levels. The Fixed Operations Manager is also responsible for the overall safety program, Hazmat program, and OSHA compliance of the dealership. The Fixed Operations Manager will ensure policies and procedures are in place to insure the safe operations of the company and the compliance of the company with applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations.
