Estimator

BASIC FUNCTIONS 2.1 Ensure that bids and project designs are submitted in a timely manner to capture and satisfy the customer and the company's profit goals. 2.2 Act as a project manager for the jobs assigned by the owners. 2.3 The Estimator function is to establish and maintain a cooperative, coordinated and communicative relationship with all other functions within the organization.
