BASIC FUNCTION 2.1 Ensure bids and program designs are submitted in a timely manner to capture and/or satisfy the customer and the company profit goals. 2.2 Act as a project manager to the jobs assigned by the Owners. 2.3 The Estimator function is to establish and maintain a cooperative, coordinated and communicative relationship with all other functions within the organization.
