ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Plans, develops and implements division policies and goals. Coordinates activities of the division such as operating, manufacturing, engineering, planning, sales, maintenance, productivity control, and research and development, to effect operational ef-ficiency and economy. Directs and coordinates promotion of products manufactured to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in the industry.
