Dispatch Manager

7.1 The Dispatchers are responsible for getting complete information from the customer to drivers and to billing. The Dispatch Manager is responsible for seeing that this happens, and that the information passed on is as accurate as possible. 7.2 The Dispatch Manager sees that commitments made to customers are met. Service must match the terms of the sale in order to expand on the trust placed in ABC for delivery. 7.3 There is a responsibility to see each trip to its successful conclusion and to co-ordinate support provided to drivers as the backbone of the company.
