The primary function of the Controller is to manage the assets of ABC, Inc., and to provide administrative and accounting control of all financial details and for the development, analysis and interpretation of statistical information to appraise operational results in terms of costs, budgets, and policies of operations, trends and increased profit opportunities. 2.2 The Controller must see that lines of communication, complete cooperation and full coordination remain open with all functions of ABC, Inc. so that all pertinent data affecting any function is compiled and presented to the proper person in a timely manner.
