Bookkeeper -Cleaning Company![]() $19.99 2.1 The basic function of the Bookkeeper is to oversee and direct all of the accounting functions. This includes the active participation and direction over:
2.1.1 The accounting activities as they specifically relate to the accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll and including invoicing and collection.
2.1.2 Cash flow and monthly variance reporting on a regular and demand basis, being prepared to review the companys current cash position as well as the projected position. Review of the companys monthly performance as it relates to the budgeted goals.
2.1.3 Oversee and monitor all human resource activities. This includes maintaining a complete file on all employees, overseeing the regular evaluation process and notifying supervisors of upcoming evaluations. This also includes screening all applicants for potential employment.
