Basic Dispatch

7.1 This procedure is designed to cover the most basic of dispatching duties. Problem solving is an art that must be developed through experience, and therefore will not be addressed in this document. 7.2 Issues such as handling breakdowns, delays, loading and unloading problems, and personnel problems must be dealt with in a unique manner suitable for the specific circumstances. Your supervisor will be happy to assist in recommending possible solutions.
