DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 5.1 Responsible for the reporting of the status of operations to the General Manager. 5.2 Responsible for reporting to work as scheduled in proper attire. 5.3 Responsible for complying with all requirements of governing agencies such as OSHA, local health departments and other regulating entities such as the Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
