Area Mgr

Authority and Responsibilities: 1. Support the effort to accomplish the duties, responsibilities, goals and objectives established for the Construction Department. 2. Monitor the performance of Company Employees and support the implementation of corrective action or recommend disciplinary action, as required. 3. Identify safety problems on job sites and institute corrective actions to eliminate any safety problems. Stop work when a problem cannot be resolved without risk of injury.
