The objectives of the control system is to limit the controllable expenses to the amount needed to support the income generated and report them in a way that will allow management of XYZ Company to monitor the activities of the company on a monthly basis, determine the variances from planned results and take corrective action in the shortest possible time when expenses exceed budgeted amounts.
