Bar Manager

The basic function of the Bar Manager is to provide management for the efficient and economic operation of the bar operations. Ensure staffing and scheduling of employees reporting to the position functions in a manner that ensures high quality service to customers. Responsible for inventory level management, liquor requisitioning and for adherence to all local, state and federal regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated patrons.
