Mechanic quality procedure

The quality log should be reviewed with each technician no less than once a quarter, this review should focus on the reason for the quality problem, and the corrective action needed to ensure it will not happen again. If the original technician was not given comeback for rework the service manager should discuss the reason for not assigning the rework to the original technician. This process will allow the service manager to discuss all quality issues with each respective technician.
