The function of the bay scheduling system is the following: 2.1 To be a tool to maximize the facilities resources and to provide a vehicle that the Service Manager can use to track inprocess labor performance. 2.2 To increase the effective delivery times to customers; and to be the basis for the communication vehicle for order status. (achieves CSI standards for (1.0) Vehicle delivered when promised; (2.0) obtain status of service within one minute). 2.3 To enhance the Service Managers ability to plan, direct and control traffic flow. 2.4 To track the departments daily inventory of hours to sell.
