The purpose of the Repair Order is to provide the following: 1.1.1 Process that identifies customer needs. 1.1.2 Process that allows for initial merchandising. 1.1.3 Invoice for accounting purposes. 1.1.4 Work order to communicate with the technicians. 1.1.5 Work order to communicate to the Parts Department 1.1.6 Receipt for the customer. 1.1.7 Warranty for the customer. 1.1.8 Provides a record for Dealer 1.1.9 Instructions for use
