Courtesy car form

As part of our total quality service policy, we furnish loaner cars to our service customers when one is available. The cars are available for the time your car is being repaired only. As a courtesy to others, we ask that you pick up your vehicle on the day that repairs are completed. Any additional days will be charged at the rate of $30.00 per day of use. By accepting the use of a courtesy car, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as to all of the terms on the Courtesy Car Agreement.
