Supervisor job description

The basic function of the Field Supervisor is to establish and maintain control of the all personnel assigned to each of their projects and to assure that each employee and subcontractor is producing the proper quality and quantity of work. As an agent of the G. Fazio Construction, Co. the Field Supervisor coordinates material deliveries, labor crews, equipment and generally oversees, directs, and controls all activities on their assigned job sites.
