Store Manager

The function of the Store Manager is to plan, manage and control all operating areas of ABC Fresh Market. The Store Manager is charged with maintaining the highest standards of quality and volume of sales to achieve profit and growth objectives. This includes the direction and coordination of purchasing, sales, marketing, warehousing, and administration. Another function of the Store Manager is to interact with other Store Manager(s) to maintain a flow of information, training and improvement among stores. The Store Manager is the Senior Operating Manager of the company.
