ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The essential functions of the Shop Operations Manager consist of, but are not limited to, the following: 5.1 AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY Guide and control the day-to-day operations of the Shop through overseeing the activities of the Service Manager and Parts Manager to attain budgeted financial goals. Plan, coordinate and control all activities of employees assigned to the Service & Parts Departments through the Managers.
