Shop Inenctive Program

The goal of the Incentive Compensation Program is to increase company profits by encouraging greater employee productivity and efficiency. Under this program an employee has an opportunity to earn incentive dollars. The program is not intended to create an entitlement for incentive pay unless the conditions set forth in this procedure to earn incentive pay are met.
