We determine with the client where his company needs to go and what kind of information is needed in order to make decisions supporting that goal. We find out what information needs to be tracked and what processes in the workplace need to change or be implemented. We determine what procedural or behavioral changes required of the employees. The emphasis is on the work processes and results for the business. The key point is that QuickBooks is an effective and powerful tool. And QuickBooks is often the appropriate tool to implement those changes.
