Progressive Discipline

In any organization, discipline must be maintained at all times. Discipline should not, however, be considered a tool with which to punish employees. Instead, discipline should be viewed as a positive, reinforcing, corrective process and, when used properly, one that can correct an employee's wrongful behavior.
