Job Description-Office Administrator![]() $19.99 1.1 The primary function of the Office Administrator is to oversee the office functions of the business without the active involvement of the President in the day to day activities. That is to ensure compliance with all of the Companys policies and procedures and to take the necessary corrective action when areas of non-compliance are encountered.
1.2 The secondary function of the Office Administrator is to provide the necessary supervisory leadership to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control the activities of all personnel reporting to this position and thus ensuring the business operates within the financial guidelines determined by the President.
