BASIC FUNCTION 2.1 The basic function of the Materials Manager is to schedule, direct, coordinate and supervise the Materials Department of the Company so that ABC Millworks may service customers under the optimum conditions of productivity, efficiency, cost effectiveness, safety and ease of Operations. 2.2 Manage the purchasing of parts and materials inventory so that its customers and production departments have adequate parts and materials to meet the demand.
