Job Description-Lead Roofer

The Lead Roofer position is responsible for the day to day leadership of all assigned construction projects. He is responsible for directing the efforts of the crew(s) and subcontractors to meet or better estimates for both labor and material. The foreman communicates daily with site personnel to review the days work requirements. The foreman will inspect all assigned projects to ensure quality standards are being met.
