POSITION OVERVIEW The basic function of the Job Site Supervisor is to supervise the work in the field and to make sure the work is done properly. The Job Site Supervisor is a front-line supervisor and is expected to perform work as needed. They have complete responsibility for making sure the work is done on-time and on-budget, while making sure all work is performed safely.
