Job Description- Director Of Nursing

Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice. Develops nursing service policies and procedures. In the absence of a Physician, is responsible for the execution of patient care policies. Organizes, develops and directs nursing administration and patient care. Orients, instructs and supervises personnel functions for employees under their control. Coordinates nursing services with other departments. Maintains adequate level of equipment.
