How To Handle Harassment![]() $19.99 Steps for filing a complaint:
A. Any employee who feels he or she has been subjected to harassment should notify his/her supervisor, the Personnel Manager or any other company executive with whom they feel comfortable.
B. Notification should include a discussion of:
1. Name of the offending employee, supervisor, client or supplier.
2. Date and time the incident took place.
3. Description of the event.
4. Name(s) of potential corroborating witnesses.
C. Any supervisor or executive receiving a harassment complaint will gather as much information listed in B above possible, make written notes about that information, then notify the Chief Executive Officer turning over all notes.
