General Manager

The basic function of the General Manager is to manage production operations to meet customer-specified quality requirements in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner. This is an upper-level management position with decision-making authority. The General Manager is expected to actively participate in Management Meetings, and assist in making decisions of that group.
