Employee performance evaluation![]() $29.99 The employee evaluation program incorporates a documented counseling system that establishes clear objectives for the next rated period and uses the position guide as the foundation for this development process. This program is accomplished in a series of steps. These steps are the Initial Counseling, Subsequent Counseling, and the Employee Evaluation Report. Initial counseling must take place within thirty days of hire. Subsequent counseling will be conducted at least quarterly.
Each employee will receive an evaluation once per year. At the conclusion of the process, initial counseling occurs again and all the steps are repeated.
